 Accepted Return Reasons

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Incorrect items received

  • Unused and unopened items (non-custom)

  • Items not as described

 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-printed products (e.g. custom labels, branded boxes)

  • Used food packaging or opened hygiene products

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Clearance or final sale items

 Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.


2. Exchange Policy

  • Yes, we accept exchanges for:

    • Defective or damaged products

    • Wrong items shipped

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+971 55 225 6552) or email with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Return the item in its original condition and packaging.

  4. Once received, we will inspect and process the return within 2–3 business days.


4. Return Method & Fees

  • Courier Pickup: Available within UAE upon request.

  • Drop-off: You may also return to our warehouse in Dubai (by appointment).

  • Shipping Fees:

    • Defective/damaged items: We cover the full return cost.

    • Non-defective returns: Customer bears return shipping.


5. Refund Policy

We process refunds as follows:

  • Refund Timeline: 7–10 business days after return approval.

  • Refund Method: To original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, or cash).

  • Refund Confirmation: You will receive email/WhatsApp confirmation.

 If paid by card:

Refunds will be credited back to the card used. Processing time may vary by bank.

If paid by cash/bank transfer:

You will be refunded via bank transfer. Please allow 2–5 additional business days for processing.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send photo/video proof via WhatsApp or email.

  • We will offer a full refund, exchange, or replacement at no extra cost.


7. Customer Responsibility

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Include invoice or proof of purchase

  • Be safely packed to avoid damage during return

Failure to meet these conditions may result in partial or no refund.


8. Legal & Consumer Rights

This policy complies with UAE Consumer Protection Law. Your rights are protected under:

  • Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 on Consumer Protection

  • Ministry of Economy – Consumer Protection Department
